Anyone can peruse GetMunch.com and read reviews but only members get paid 5% off their meal and receive a point when dining with there member card to be redeemed for gift certificates. Between both membership rewards, you will always get paid between 5% and 13% off your portion of the bill depending on the dollar amount of the gift certificate you cash out.
- Do I have to wait until I receive my membership card in the mail before I can receive my membership rewards while dining out?
No. You can start reaping the rewards of your GetMunch membership as soon as you sign up. Once your account is verified by email you will be able to use a printable GetMunch E Member Card the same day you sign up to become a member.

- What internet browsers may I use to access GetMunch.com?
We highly suggest that you use the latest version of Mozilla Fire Fox when visiting the GetMunch website, however, GetMunch.com has also been developed to be compatible with the latest version of Internet Explorer and Safari.
- Do I need to give advance notice to redeem my points for gift certificates?
No advance needed! All you need to do is visit your Rewards Center, print out your GetMunch Gift Certificate, and you're ready to dine on us!
- How long will it take for my points to show up in my reward center when I dine at a GetMunch Restaurant?
Your Rewards Center page is updated daily, however, at times, your reward center will not reflect transactions made within the last 24 hours.
- What do I do if I have not received a GetMunch point after dining out using my membership card?
If 24 hours have passed and your reward center does not reflect your recent activity, please contact our troubleshooting department so that we may remedy the situation.
- If I have enough points, may I use more than one gift certificate at a time?
Yes. There is no limit to how many gift certificates you may use at a time as long as you have enough points to redeem them at the restaurant. For example if you wish to use a $10 and a $20 gift certificate you would need to have at least 39 points in your reward center. - Will I lose my points if I do not use a gift certificate I have redeemed?
No. Your points never leave your account until the moment you bring your gift certificate into the restaurant. Once the restaurant server collects your gift certificate our system will then deduct the points for that certificate from your reward center.
- If I use a gift certificate that is worth more then the bill, can I get back some of my points?
No. Your account will be deducted all of the points needed to redeem a gift certificate when you use it at a restaurant.
- Do I receive a GetMunch point if I pay a portion of my check using a GetMunch gift certificate?
Yes. You will always receive membership rewards, including your GetMunch point, regardless of your payment form if you meet the necessary requirements. To receive membership rewards when you dine you must purchase at least $10 before tax and before your 5% discount and you must dine within the approved day/time.
- Can I use my gift certificate towards my tip?
No. Please tip your server separately and remember to tip based on the full price of your meal, not the discounted price.
- What requirements must I fulfill to qualify for my member rewards while dining out?
To receive 5% off your meal and a GetMunch point toward a gift certificate, your portion of the bill must total at least $10 before tax and the 5% you get paid back. You must also be dining on the approved day/time to receive your rewards.
- What should I do if I lose my GetMunch card or it stops working?

- How long is my membership good for?
GetMunch Memberships last for 2 years at which point you can renew your membership. We will remind you when it is time to do so and your points will not be lost when renewing.

Very safe. Membership is paid for through PayPal's secure system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information.
